Sergio joined GWT in 2017, and he oversees the day‐to‐day progress/operations of all projects under his assignment. He describes his tasks as: “Conduct weekly meetings with superintendents and foreman to review budgets, evaluate progress, and create short and long term project specific schedules/goals. Communicate and work with general contractors, property managers, architects, consultants, owners, and/or other trades to ensure the timely and successful completion of the project. Estimate changes to existing projects. Estimate potential projects in a clear and accurate manner.” Sergio brings expertise in metal stud framing, drywall, plaster, and EIFS assemblies. He has successful completion of AWCI’s Project Management Course, AWCI’s Steel Doing It Right Course, and AWCI’s EIFS Doing IT Right Course. OSHA 10 and CPR certified. In his own words: “Throughout my time at GWT I have been able to contribute to the completion of many successful project. These projects have ranged in value from a couple hundred dollars to a couple million dollars. It is very satisfactory to see all these projects come to a successful completion, but the best part is the process it took to get there and the relationships you are able to build along the way. My biggest “win” at GWT is those relationships and the lessons learned during the construction process.”
