Chris became President of GWT in 2020. He coordinates with the executive team in all decisions relating to the direction of the company. Chris has a hand in almost every aspect of the business, as he oversees all aspects of project management and estimating team efforts (training, project review, workload/project assignment, expectation setting, etc.); reviews potential work opportunities and determines feasibility based on scope, timing, workload; and estimates metal stud framing, drywall, plaster, and EIFS projects. With an expertise in metal stud framing, drywall, plaster, and EIFS assemblies, Chris brings a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from SJSU. He successfully passed the FE exam, and is a holder of General (B), Drywall (C‐9), and Plaster (C‐35) construction licenses in the state of California. OSHA 10 certified. In his own words: “One of the biggest “wins” I have recognized during my time here has been the growth of our team; both individually and as a group. GWT has fostered an environment where those who have a desire to succeed and expand in their careers can do so. Further, we have developed a people‐first culture, by understanding work‐life balances and treating our team members with trust and respect. As a result, we have a team full of hard‐working, self‐motivated individuals that enjoy what they do. That is something I take pride in.”
